AEROCITY AND ITS VISION

The vision of GMADA to have an airport city (Aerotropolis) near the airport will shape business dynamics and urban development in this century as much as highways did in the 20th,rail roads in 19th and sea ports did in 18th Century. Changi Airport in Singapore, Inheon in South Korea, Hong-Kong International Airport are some of the trendsetters in the world. The airport city has been strategically located to be very close to the airport yet it does not fall in the flight path making it the most sought after residential destination to live in the region.
Aerocity- Mohali is proposed on approximately 1000 acres for Mix-Land-Use development comprising
4000 plots of 125 to 500 sq. yards, sites reserved for Commercial, Institutional, Multi storied flats etc.
and this project will be developed in the form of an Independent Integrated Township. Aerocity will
come up on both sides of the 200 ft. wide link road connecting International Airport from sector 66
66(A) junction to National Highway-64 near village Chhat.

Number of plots can be increased or decreased at any time at the sole discretion of GMADA.

5% rebate on the price shall be given to the applicants under physically handicapped quota. This rebate
shall be

available only to those physically handicapped applicants who apply under this category and shall be
restricted

to 3% quota of physically handicapped persons. However, the earnest money will be the same as
indicated

above for applicants of Physically Handicapped Quota.
